Do I need to create a profile or an account to book an assessment?

Not at all! Just fill out the form to jump on a call with us, and we'll take care of the rest. When you start as a member, we'll get you setup on the proof3 Member App which allows you to follow your assessment and training progress and book classes.

Do I have to be a member to get a proof360 Assessment?

No. You can either purchase an assessment individually, or you can begin our proof30 (day) Experience where you receive 2 coached proof360 Assessments, a Personal Training Session, a personalized Lifestyle & Nutrition Strategy, and 30 days of our small-group class training.

Do I have to buy a membership after an assessment?

No pressure. You can take your results and walk away—or use them to start progressing with us.

How should I prepare for my proof360 assessment?

Wear comfortable clothes and athletic shoes. No need to stretch or warm up beforehand—the assessment is low-impact and guided by a coach.

You will put effort into the strength and power test, but the total effort time is only a few minutes.

How long does the proof360 assessment take?

Your first proof360 Assessment takes about 60 minutes total: 30 minutes to complete the assessment, plus 30 minutes to review results with a coach. Subsequent assessments take between 30 and 45 minutes.

How often should I do a proof360 assessment?

We recommend a full proof360 Assessment every 3-6 months to capture meaningful changes in strength, mobility, and performance.
