Adam Fetter
From Competitive Athlete to Holistic Fitness Coach

Adam Fetter’s journey into fitness began with nightly bodyweight workouts to fuel his performance on the soccer field. His passion for sports led him to play for the prestigious Chicago Fire Academy, but a series of injuries shifted his focus from soccer to physical therapy.

Pursuing a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science, Adam honed his skills at Saint Louis University, inside and out of the classroom. He worked with Division I athletes, but his coaching career took a pivotal turn at The Lab Gym under Justin Thacker, where he immersed himself in the world of sports performance and personal training.

Here, Adam competed and coaches in both Crossfit and Olympic Weightlifting, which deeply influenced his coaching philosophy. Upon completing his Doctorate in Physical Therapy, Adam joined EXOS in San Francisco, advancing his expertise in human performance and recovery. His passion for fitness remained strong, leading him to mentor under Marcus Filly at Functional Bodybuilding. Today, Adam integrates his extensive knowledge of physical therapy with a holistic approach to fitness, striving to enhance all aspects of human health and performance.
