But, unlike most gyms, we actually KNOW how strong you are, and we also know how much power you can generate which is perhaps equally as important.
With our Proteus Machine strength and power test, you'll get a Power Age Score that we'll use to ensure you're building lean, strong muscle in all of the right places.
Your Habits
There are so many clues about how you're progressing that happen outside of the gym. Be it steps, sleep, heart rate, HRV, etc...we now have a treasure trove of helpful information to improve your results.
However, virtually no gyms track or understand this, and the ones that do don't know how to get this information to you in a digestible way. We do!
We're able to use the information from YOUR wearable(s), and we send reports to you about what we're seeing and what we can do about it.
