Its one thing to have a bunch of data, but what are you supposed to do with all of it? We're entering a data-overload era, and what our members say is that it isn't the data, alone, its in what the data helps them understand about themselves and what they should do about it.

We designed our proof3 Pulse Assessment to do just that. Our system ingests all of the data you'd ever need, but then our AI systems synthesize it to give you insights and suggestions about how to make even bigger improvements. And, our assessment only takes 12 minutes!

Your coach also gets fed this information so they can ensure your program remains on point through all of life's up and downs.

A Body Scan With InBody

A body that is lean and strong is a cornerstone of a healthy and fit life.

InBody has become the gold standard of fitness body scans, providing helpful measurements such as muscle mass, body fat, and body imbalances. But proof3's InBody machine takes it up a notch. We look at very helpful, and new metrics, such as cellular health and visceral fat.

The combination of those metrics and proof3's AI system helps you gauge how your body is progressing over time.

Being able to move fluidly and into deeper positions is paramount to Living Stronger For Longer, and a movement assessment is critical to ensuring you stay mobile, flexible, and stable

We took a tired old "we'll just hope you're ok" approach and turned it into a quantifiable look at just how well you're moving.

Our 6 movement, 4 minute, assessment gives you and us a brilliant insight into where we need to focus to add flexibility, mobility, and stability into your body to help you perform in all walks of life.

Strength & Power With Proteus

Having strength is one of the most important indicators of capability as you age - Healthspan, if you will. Without strength, everything in your life is harder to perform.

But, unlike most gyms, we actually KNOW how strong you are, and we also know how much power you can generate which is perhaps equally as important.

With our Proteus Machine strength and power test, you'll get a Power Age Score that we'll use to ensure you're building lean, strong muscle in all of the right places.

Your Habits

There are so many clues about how you're progressing that happen outside of the gym. Be it steps, sleep, heart rate, HRV, etc...we now have a treasure trove of helpful information to improve your results.

However, virtually no gyms track or understand this, and the ones that do don't know how to get this information to you in a digestible way. We do!

We're able to use the information from YOUR wearable(s), and we send reports to you about what we're seeing and what we can do about it.
