Bri defines whole-person coaching as "empathetic accountability, individualized and results-driven training, and researched based nutrition and lifestyle habits." That isn't just a phrase to her. Its what brings energy to her every day. Bri feeds off of the vibes around her, and she's wonderfully talented in connecting how you feel with your fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle habits.
When you first meet bri, you'll be drawn to her deep interest in learning more about you. Great in a conversation, and highly capable as a coach, Bri brings together deep training and athlete experience and formal coaching education in a way that you feel like she's able to understand you in the first conversation. From there, she's uniquely able to build you a program, help you get great results, and see and feel amazing about your efforts.
Bri most often works with 28-40 year old women who want to LOOK like they train as hard as they do, but they may have gotten caught up in the vicious cycle of diet culture and need clear and empathetic direction inside and out of the gym.
Before joining the dream team at Revival Strength and Functional BodyBuilding in 2017, Brianna excelled as an elite athlete until she prioritized her health over competition. Today, she leverages her experiences to help clients navigate their own post-athlete transitions, focusing on training for function through a performance lense.
Brianna’s coaching philosophy centers on setting clear goals and priorities, fostering a partnership that transcends traditional training. She offers a holistic approach integrating fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle adjustments to align with your deepest health and wellness goal.
